The information provided contains extensive expertise and presents means of participating in building a cleaner future. Green path offers its visitors news, viewpoints, interviews and comments on topical issues. The contributors spice it up just right promoting a positive attitude towards sustainable development.
Green path promotes understanding of the necessary changes in our society towards sustainable development. Our aim is to awaken thoughts and to inspire people to strive towards a common goal: to secure good living conditions for the present as well as for the future generations.

Expert interviews and students’ comments deal with all aspects of sustainable development – ecological, economic, social as well as cultural. This Internet site uses sound and moving picture. Articles available online are complemented by radio and television programmes broadcast through the Internet.
Green Path has on open-minded approach towards issues that do not get nationwide mass media coverage. The site’s contributors give the visitor an insight into issues such as green living in different countries. And how would foreign students regard the way in which Finns handle domestic bio-waste?
Those following the Green Path were among the first to notice the shift of emphasis in environmental policy: from setting norms towards informative guidance. In other words, it is more useful to spread information than to give orders.
